1. Initial Inquiry
You’ll start by reaching out through our website or by email with your wedding date, venue, and a few details about your floral vision. We’ll check availability and make sure we’re a good fit for your celebration.
2. Discovery Call
We’ll schedule a consultation call to get to know you, your style, and your priorities. This is where you can share inspiration photos, favorite flowers, and your dream for the overall feel of your wedding.
3. Vision & Design Proposal
After our consultation, we’ll create a detailed custom proposal. This includes:
• Itemized list of floral designs (bouquets, ceremony, reception, installations)
• Style notes and color palette recommendations
• Inspiration images and mood board
• A clear investment outline
You’ll be able to review this proposal, request adjustments, and return it once everything feels just right.
4. Booking & Deposit
To officially reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit (often 25–30% of your floral investment). This secures your wedding on our calendar.
5. Payment Plan
We make payments simple with a structured plan:
• Initial deposit at booking
• Second payment due 60 days before your wedding
• Final payment due 30 days before your wedding
This ensures everything is covered and stress-free by the time your big day arrives.
6. Design Refinement
As your wedding gets closer, we’ll refine the floral plan together—adjusting based on final guest count, updated layouts, or any last-minute design tweaks.
7. Venue Walkthrough (if needed)
For larger weddings or installations, we’ll schedule a walkthrough with you, your planner, or the venue coordinator to finalize logistics and design placement.
8. Final Confirmation
Around 4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll review the full floral plan one last time to ensure every detail is perfect and nothing has been missed.
9. The Big Day
Our team arrives on-site to deliver, set up, and style every arrangement with care. From bouquets to arches to reception tables, we ensure everything is picture-perfect before the first guest arrives.
10. Breakdown & Post-Event Care
After the celebration, we return to handle cleanup and breakdown of any large floral installations or rentals, so you can simply enjoy your day without stress.
